The company was born in 1969 and developed at the beginning reflectors for lighting purposes designed for big lighting companies.

The choice of Franche-Comté as the region of location was driven by the concern of being near the regional main cities, as well as the Swiss and German borders.

Furthermore, the industrial culture of the people living in this region brought best chances of success. As the technical know-how quickly increased, the activities spread to compete on new markets, such as the open cell ceiling field.
